Object of the contract
SETA SpA intends to establish a qualification system for suppliers of G.P.L. (Propane Propane Gas) for which there will be a number of competitions for the formation of periodic contracts of varying duration, also weekly, by negotiated procedure, for the assignment of G.P.L. For the period 1.10.2017-30.9.2020. Prices of-From time to time proposed by the qualified firm will have to be net of VAT and contain any shipping charge and anything else needed to deliver at the headquarters of Reggio Emilia.The fuel qualifying system and the Gas of Liquefied Petroleum ( LPG), it must be supplied with a mixture consisting of 80% propane and 20% dButane and must have the characteristics specified from time to time in the bid request and should in any case comply with UNI EN 589; Delivery of the G.P.L. Will be carried out, depending on the need of SETA, in the maximum quantity of 40 000 liters per refueling and will be carried out at the Via del Chionso 50 in Reggio Emilia: ItThe total annual supply amounts to approximately 3 000 000 liters. Scheduling of tenders: periodic, weekly, negotiated procedure for all Qualified companies in the System. The tenders will be awarded from time to time to the company that offered the lowest price for the amount of LPG requested (Article 95, paragraph 4 Legislative Decree 50/2016).
