Object of the contract
The ASPO intends to set up its own qualification system for the purpose of selecting companies supplying diesel oil for use by vehicles with which tenders for the formation of supply contracts with periodic intervals of variable duration will be carried out, through a negotiated procedure, for their own supply of diesel supply. This system will have a duration of threeyears starting from 1.1.2019. The diesel oil covered by the qualification system, with a maximum sulfur content of 0.005%, must possess the characteristics indicated in the respective purchase requisites and must comply with the UNI EN 590 Standards in force. The presumed annual need for diesel fuel for vehicles 570 000 liters (these quantities are indicative and not binding for-ASPO S.p.A.), the deliveries must be made at the company warehouse workshop located in Via Indonesia, in the Z.I. of Olbia, in the maximum quantity of 9 000 liters for each refueling. This notice acts as a means of calling the tenders that will be carried out on a regular basis without there being further publication of subsequent calls for tenders, but with the sending of the requestoffer directly to all qualified entities. From time to time the tender will be awarded to the company that will have offered, for the quantity of diesel requested, the lower price being a supply with standardized features (Article 95, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i.).
