In the rotating machine qualification system, they cover: Field of activity: LLS turbines: technical competence: maintenance levels N1 / N2, : technical competence: maintenance levels N3 / N4, : technical competence: maintenance level N5.Descriptions :: maintenance levels N1 / N2:standard exchange of equipment, change of couplings, activities outside equipment, non-intrusive activities and replacement of wear parts, : routine maintenance and testing (oil analysis, parameter reading, performance monitoring). Requalification if necessary: maintenance levels N3 / N4: visit 4 cycles, complete visit shut-off valves, replacement of alternator filters. Requalification if necessary, : maintenance level N5: complete visit 15 cycles, maintenance 8 cycles, installation, tests, commissioning. Requalification if necessary.
