Object of the contract
Supply and possible installation of hydraulic turbine wheels and related parts [in particular labyrinths (Francis), blades, hub, mantle (Kaplan), injectors (Pelton), steers, covers, flanges, diffusers, etc.] as part of maintenance or the modernization of existing facilities, whatever their size or power, according to 3 qualification segments :: segment1: manufacture and delivery of custom wheels according to the characteristics transmitted by EDF (dimensions, materials, etc.), as well as the parts related to the wheel. This qualification is aimed more at foundry and machinist suppliers, :: sub-segmentation by type of wheel (Pelton, Francis, complete Kaplan blades or wheel, etc.), materials (stainless steel, cast iron GS, carbon steel, cupro-aluminum ) and capacitye (mass of the finished part), : segment 2: design and manufacture and delivery of hydraulic turbine wheels and / or parts and equipment related to the wheel (including also wheel coupling, wheel cone / vacuum cleaner, servomotors winnowing / deflector, etc.) with a view to improving the performance of the existing turbine. This qualification is intended for turbiner suppliers, designers and builders of hydraulic turbines, :: sub-segment Pelton, :: sub-segment Francis / Turbine-pump, :: sub-segment Kaplan / Helice / Bulbe, :: sub-segment Site : installation and / or replacement on site of the supplies subject of segment 2, with possible adaptation of the surrounding turbine parts, : segment 3: manufacture and delivery of parts related to the wheel, withoutthose of the associated wheel, according to the characteristics transmitted by EDF (dimensions, materials, etc.), :: sub-segmentation by type of parts, materials (stainless steel, cast iron GS, carbon steel, cupro-aluminum) and capacity (mass of the finished piece).
