INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Municipal Government of Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee [BAC], invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and t o bid for the here under program:
Name of Program: Purchase of Tires for Heavy Equipment
Location: Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte
Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 215, 000.00
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for the bidding. The eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bids shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security. Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference/s, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation [IRR].

In case the date of the opening of bids on a holiday, the opening of bids be reset to the following working day of the same venue and time.
Bid documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable amount to the Municipal Government of Mutia C/O Municipal Treasurer-s Office.
The Municipal Government of Mutia assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnity bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
Moreover; the Municipal Government of Mutia reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
