Short description of the procurement : The purpose of the procurement is to procure a wheeled tractor and accessories for the t1 category diesel engine. the contracting authority acquires the tractor under the terms of a finance lease. after the conclusion of the current procurement procedure, the contracting authority shall select the lessor with whom the leasing contract will be concluded, on black. a contract of sale shall be concluded between the offerer and the lessor under the terms and conditions specified by the lessor. Requirements for the tractor are described in Annex 1.
