The total annual quantity of coal to be purchased is 160, 000 Metric Tons.
In the event the Guaranteed Specification for NCV is below 5, 000kcal/kg NCV and the Certified NCV at the loading port is found to be more than 5, 000kcal/kg NCV, the Base Price per ton shall be reduced by the amount of $3.
