Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Purchase of Specialized Equipment.

Payment of funds in the amount of 575 US dollars.

Turkmennebit SC on behalf of the tender commission announces № 274/2 open tender for the purchase by the following lot:

Lot № 4 - Motor transport, tractor, specialized equipment, components and spare parts.

You are invited to the address Turkmennebit SC:

· submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details;

· be familiar with the Law of Turkmenistan "On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs", the statement of the "Rules of the tender" and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;

· get the specification of Lots, technical requirements and the basic terms of the contract;

· receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 575 US dollars or the equivalent in manats (including VAT) for one Lot for participation in the tender free of charge.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 business days from the date of publication of the tender at 16.00 local time.

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified when submitting a written application.

One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account. It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (Word format) and the technical and economic specification (Excel format) in the tender envelope.
