The Municipality of Sta. Cruz through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:

Prospective bidders should have completed a similar contract at least One (1) year before the submission of bids with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bid, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).



The Schedule of BAC activities is as follows:

The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at LGU, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, upon their submission of LOI, and upon their payment of non-refundable amount of Php50, 000.00 (NEW RATE AS PER GPPB RES. NO. 04-2012) to the Municipal Treasurer, Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the said address. They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address.



The BAC will issue bidding documents only at the bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php50, 000.00 to the Municipal Treasurer.



The Municipality of Sta. Cruz assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
