Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two(2) years with an amount of at least 50% for non-expendable supplies and 25% for expendable supplies of the project to be bid. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of bids shall use a non-discretionary "pass/fail"criteria. Post Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.
Statement of the prospective bidder`s Single Largest Completed Contract ( SLCC) similar to the contract to be bid, except under conditions provided for in Sections 23.4.1.3 and 23.4.2.4 of this IRR, within the relevant period as provided in the Bidding Documents in the case of goods.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bid Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A.9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

expenses incurred in the preparation of the Bid.
