Tenders are invited for Purchase of Motor Vehicles
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractors are expected to submit the following documents:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(b) Evidence of Company’s Income, Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2016, 2017 and 2018);
(c) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
(f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors Certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) valid till 31st December, 2019;
(g) Company Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2016, 2017 and 2018);
(h) Evidence of Financial capability from Commercial Bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility to execute the contract if need arises;
(i) Company profile with the Curriculum Vitae of key staff including their Academic/ Professional qualifications;
(j) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including award letters, Valuation Certificate and job completion certificates as appropriate;
(k) Only local manufacturers of vehicles approved by the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC) are eligible to apply for vehicles only.
(l) A Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the National Assembly Service Commission or the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has any Pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars.
3. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Contractors are to collect Tender Documents from Procurement Division in Room 1.17 on the first floor of the Commission’s Office Complex at Plot 664 T.O.S. Benson Crescent, off Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Way, Utako District, P.M.B. 558, Abuja.
4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Technical and Financial Bids should be submitted in two (2) separate envelopes clearly marked ‘Technical or Financial” with Lot No. specified and put in an envelope addressed to the Executive Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission, Plot 664, T.O.S. Benson Crescent, off Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala Way, Utako District, P.M.B. 558, Abuja. The envelopes are to be dropped in the Tender Box in Procurement Division, Room 1.17 National Assembly Service Commission Office Complex.
Submission of Tender applications closes by 12:00 noon on the 4 November, 2019.
5. OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS
The Technical Bids will be opened publicly in the National Assembly Service Commission’s ground floor by 12:00 noon on the 4 November, 2019. Representatives of all responding Contractors, Civil Societies, NGOs and members of the General Public are hereby invited to witness the Bid Opening. The Commission will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. For further enquiry, please contact the Procurement Division in Room 1.17 1st Floor of the Commission.
