A participant can not be: - an organization that is in the process of liquidation, reorganization, as well as an individual entrepreneur in the stage of termination of activity, or recognized as economically insolvent (bankrupt) in the manner prescribed by legislative acts, except for- a legal entity and individual entrepreneurs included in the register of suppliers (contractors, executors) temporarily not allowed to purchase, and (or) in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23.10.2012, No. 488 included in the register of commercial orgorganizations and individual entrepreneurs with an increased risk of committing offenses in the economic sphere. The participant should not have claims for previous deliveries and must confirm the following requirements: - financial and economic viability of the participant; - technical feasibilityparticipant must be the producer of the goods or the sales organization (the official sales representative of the producer of the goods).
