INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

After two (2) failed public biddings conducted for the project and as authorized by the Head of Procuring Entity per BAC Resolution No. 019 dated February 2, 2021, invoking Section 53.1 Two Failed Biddings of the Revised IRR of RA 9184 (Government Procurement Act), the Local Government Unit of City of Guihulngan, intends to negotiate the contract for “Purchase of Livestock” for the total sum of Five Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Pesos (₱574, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of the City of Guihulngan now invites Offers/ Proposals for the said project. Project Duration is 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
