Purchased flower beds (annuals and perennials), flower, lawn maintenance and landscaping services that meet the requirements set out in the technical specification (Annex 1 to the draft contract (Annex 3 to the Terms of Purchase)). Preliminary scope of services is specified in the tender form (Annex 2 to the Terms of Purchase) and Annex 1 to the draft contract (Annex 3 to the Terms of Purchase). Services will be purchased as needed by providing a one -time order for the service provider in writing, specifying the nature of the services, the location of the service, the scope of the provision (sq. M) and the deadlines to them. The volume of services referred to in Annex 1 to the draft contract (Annex 3 to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase) is preliminary and may change (the volume of services referred to in Annex 1 to the draft contract may be purchased within the maximum amount of funds specified in Clause 3 of the contract).
