1.The Local Government Unit of Barotac Nuevo, through the OTHER MOOE- CY 2022 ( 8000-1-6), intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand & Ninety Pesos (216, 090.00) only being the ABC to payment under the contract for the purchase of fishing net under purchase request number 2022-03-97.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Barotac Nuevo, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty (30) days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II ( Instructions to Bidders)

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
