INVITATION TO BID



BARANGAY LINUT-OD LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT hereby invites all interested parties to participate a competitive bidding on Procurement of Goods:



1. NAME OF CONTRACT TO BID -Purchase of Diesel Fuel for Heavy Equipment for Road Rehabilitation



2. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT - P 100, 000.00



3. SOURCE OF FUND - Province of Cebu



4. Description of Goods to be procured by One Lot are as Follows:

1. Diesel Fuel for Hydraulic Excavator 600 liters

2. Diesel Fuel for 10 Wheeler Dump truck 300 liters

3. Diesel Fuel for 6 Wheeler Dump truck 450 liters

4. Diesel Fuel for Road Roller 200 liters

5. Diesel Fuel for Road Grader 300 liters



5. Eligible to participate are:

5.1 Duly license Filipino citizen/for sole proprietorship; or

5.2 Partnership duly registered under the Laws of the Philippines and which at least 60% of the interest belongs to citizen/s of the Philippines; or

5.3 Corporations, duly organized under the Laws of the Philippines, duly registered with SEC; or

5.4 Cooperatives duly registered with CDA; and

5.5 Any of the above-participant should be able to submit the Legal, Technical and Financial requirements as provided for under Sec. 23 of the IRR of RA 9184.



6. The Eligibility Requirements and Technical Documents shall be placed on the 1st envelope and the Financial Documents with the filled-up Bid Form indicating the bid price offer shall be place on the 2nd envelope and these documents shall be submitted not later than 2:00pm of March 15, 2019 to Ms. Shiela Albacite, Brgy. Linut-od Secretary, Argao, Cebu.



7. Bidding Documents are available from the BAC Secretary starting February 18, 2019 and is sold at P500.00 per set.

8. Your price offer (Bid Price) for the whole Lot includes delivery of all the goods and taxes covered by this Contract at Barangay Linut-od, Argao, Cebu.



9. Delivery of the Goods by the winning bidder shall be within eight (8) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, to be delivered in front of Linut-od Barangay Hall, Linut-od, Argao, Cebu.



10. Pre-Bid Conference to held on February 28, 2019 at 2:00 pm, Barangay Hall, Linut-od, Argao, Cebu.
