Payment of the remainder of the contract amount is made after the delivery of the entire volume of the order, within 20 banking days after the signing of the Acceptance and Delivery Certificateand. In case the advance payment is not made within the specified period, the Supplier has the right to terminate the contract or agrees to fulfill its obligations under the contract, regardless of the actual payment time.
