Tenders are invited for Purchase of catering services to the Government Representative
Short description : The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD), hereinafter referred to as the principal, invites to participate in an open tender competition with a view to entering into an agreement for the purchase of catering services to the Government Representative (RRA). In RRA, a chef is employed to handle daily operations and eventsof lesser extent. For larger events and during busy periods there is a need to supplement with cooks. The need for cooks is covered by this agreement. RRA is directly subject to the visit section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will therefore be the contractor in the contract. RRAconsists of three buildings; Incognitogate 18 (hereinafter called 18), Riddervoldsgate 2 (called R2) and Parkveien 45 (called P45) in Oslo. I18 is used as a Prime Minister's residence, and the UD operates the representation that the Prime Minister uses for representation. R2 and P45 are used for government representation.
