Invitation to Bid for the Purchase of Brand-New Tires for Heavy Equipment (Pay Loader Doosan DL250a)

1. The Municipal Government of Paoay, Ilocos Norte, through the RM of Heavy Equipment, at the Mun. Engineer-s Office, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P 260, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Brand-New Tires for Heavy Equipment (Pay Loader - Doosan DL250a). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Paoay, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
