Bahrain Polytechnics School of Creative Media delivers programmes in Film and Animation, Visual Design, Web Media, and Creative Media Design. The Film and Animation program requires audio visual equipment such as cameras, lenses, microphones, mic shields, boom poles, lighting kits, MIDI controllers, and tripods, to support practical coursework, student projects, and lab based teaching. To ensure smooth delivery of academic and project activities, the Polytechnic seeks to procure a defined set of audio visual equipment items. Vendor Responsibilities: supply equipment items that fully comply with the specifications stated, replace any defective items at no additional cost, ensure timely delivery to avoid disruption of teaching and student projects, provide manufacturer warranty where applicable e.g.on cameras, microphones, or electronics.Warranty and Quality Standards:Digital and electronic audio visual equipment hardware minimum 12month warranty.All audio visual equipment:must be fit., 72000000-5 - IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support
