ITB 2024-DSWD-CAR-39

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Cordillera Administrative Region, through the General Appropriations Act 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP 7, 720, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Eating / Kitchen Utensils (Bento Boxes and Chopping Boards) for the Supplementary Feeding Program Implementation.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the specified dates in the attached Delivery Schedule. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
