Selling price and terms of payment for tender documentation:
1.Onsite application: Apply at the secretariat office of Environment Protection Bureau (EPB) within the date given on the public announcement. Application cost NT$ 200 each.
2.Postal money order application: Applicants must mail the application fee (in postal money order, cash is not accepted) and a self-addressed return envelope with the mailing envelope addressed to EPB Cashier before the due date of public announcement. On the top right hand corner of the mailing envelope please write down the tendering title wish to purchase.

-Postal money order must be purchased from Chunghwa Post Office, pay to the order of Environment Protection Bureau, Taichung City Government.
-The due date is according to the receiving date that is stamped on the envelope.
-Mailing address: No.99, Minquan Rd., West Dist., Taichung City 403, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
-The return envelope must be in A3 format with stamp of registered mail (NT$65) or prompt registered mail (NT$75).
