1. This Invitation for bids (IFB) follows the general view of procurement of the project appeared in the National Central Daily Democrat N 0 4435 of July 17, 2019 and posted on the portal of the African Bank of Development (AfDB) dated July 16, 2019 under the link ( https://www.afdb.org/en/documents/gpn-centrafrique-project-for-development-agreement-of- agricultural-value-chains -in-the-savannas-in-republic -central-african-padecas ).

2. The Government of the Central African Republic has received a grant from the African Development Bank through the Transition Support Fund (FAT) to cover the cost of the Agricultural Value Chain Development Support Project in developing countries. Savanes in the Central African Republic (PADECAS), and intends to allocate part of this donation to market-related payments for the purchase of 4X4 ??vehicles and motorcycles in two separate lots .

3. The Coordinator of the Management Unit of PADECAS invites, by the present Invitation to Tender, the bidders admitted to compete to submit their bids under sealed cover, for the supply of lot 1: fourteen (14) 4X4 vehicles and lot 2: fifty-two (52) motorcycles .

The International Invitation to Tender will be held in accordance with the "Procurement Framework for Bank- financed Operations ", October 2015 edition.

4. Interested bidders may obtain additional information and review the Bidding Documents at the offices of the Management and Reporting Unit.

5. The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders, upon written request to the service mentioned above and upon payment of a non refundable fee of one hundred and one thousand (100, 000) CFA francs or in a freely convertible currency .

6. The clauses of the Instructions to Bidders and those of the General Administrative Clauses are the clauses of the Tender Type Record; Acquisitions of Bank Property.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address above no later than September 23, 2019 at 12:00 local time and be accompanied by a bid guarantee of an amount at least equal to nine million six hundred sixty nine thousand (9, 669, 000) FCFA for lot 1, two million six hundred and thirty-three miles (2, 633, 000) FCFA for lot 2.

8. Offers must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline for submission of bids.

9. The bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who wish to be present at the opening, on 23 September 2019 at 12:30 local time at the Management Unit.
