1. The SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF POBLACION, ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through its Capital Outlay intends to apply an amount of EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php80, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE -1-UNIT SPLIT TYPE AIR CONDITION INCLUDING INSTALLATION, PROJECT OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF POBLACION, ALAMINOS CITY, PANGASINAN the Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
