1. The Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php141, 904.00

2. Price quotation should be include of the required tax obligations.

3. Delivery period is 10 days upon receipt of Notice of Award (NOA)

4. Place of delivery: ESSU Salcedo Campus, Brgy. Naparaan, Salcedo, Eastern Samar

5. if awarded the contract, processing of payment shall be made within ten (10) working days upon receipt of billing

request.

6. Refusal to accept an award maybe ground for imposition of administrative sanctions under Rule XXIII of the

Revised IRR of RA 9184.

7. Failure of the supplier to deliver the goods and render services under the contract within the specified delivery

schedule shall be liable for damages for the delay.
