Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Public Lighting by Solar Stamp Twenty Three (23) in the Municipality of Guere, Mayo-Danay Department, Far North Region.

The works covered by this Call for Tenders include the following operations: Site studies;
the necessary technical studies;
Carrying out all the civil engineering works (excavations, foundations for the candelabras, embankments, site rehabilitation);
The supply and installation of 23 steel candelabras 8 m in height to carry the entire box, solar panels, bracket and light fixture and fixed on a reinforced concrete block made up of a metal frame and anchor rods ;
Supply and installation of solar panels, battery and regulator (modules to capture solar rays, including support structures for these modules);
The establishment and training of a committee (05 people) responsible for monitoring and maintaining equipment

The File may be obtained from the Municipality of Guéré, upon publication of this notice, against payment of a non-refundable sum of forty-five thousand (45, 000) CFA francs, payable to the Municipal Revenue of Guéré.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond (in accordance with the model attached in the annex) established by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers and for an amount of 600, 000 FCFA (six hundred thousand) FCFA.
