the state of geneva, that is to say its cantonal police (department of security, employment and health) wishes to find partners capable of offering services, on order of the police, for work of locksmith, carpentry and the central purchasing office is responsible for launching and conducting this public tender procedure to find 3capable of providing the 3 services cumulatively. 2.7 place of supply of the service geneva territory. 2.8 duration of the market, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system start: 01.06.2020 this market can be renewed: yes description of renewals: a contract will be concluded with each successful tenderer, who debwill in principle work on 01.06.2020, subject to the proper conduct of the procedure. It will be concluded for an initial duration of two years, renewable tacitly from year to year unless terminated by the parties 6 months in advance, but the total duration of which will not exceed 5 years. It may however be extended by an additional year at the exclusive request of the client. 2.9 options no 2.10 award criteria 1.
