Description : The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from an experienced third party service provider to provide warehouse spareparts management training that will eventually initiate a road-map that guides the mission through a process of improvement with the ultimate target of achieving service levels for fleet maintenance tasks in the 90+% range. The scope of this project includes the following tasks to be delivered by the supplier: • Initial assessment of the fleet whereby UNSOS is responsible for maintenance of a large and diverse fleet of vehicles, plant, and equipment. • Interactive Discussion on Best Practices on Fleet Maintenance. • Assessment of Spare Parts Management Processes in UNSOS. • Spare Parts Demand Planning. • Spare Parts Supply Chain. • Road Map to improve its spare parts management program. The required services shall be delivered in Mogadishu, Somalia within the protected area of the UN camp. The service shall be delivered within a period of 5 days (excluding travel days). UNSOS will provide no-cost travel on the UN aircraft between Nairobi, Kenya and Mogadishu, Somalia. UNSOS will also provide accommodation within the UN camp in Mogadishu at no cost to the supplier.
