The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Annual Budget Appropriations intends to apply the sum of P 7, 000, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Various Office and Communication Equipment, Furnitures and Fixtures, and Appliances for the Development of Provincial Farm School and Agri- Tourism Center, Anquiray, Amulung, Cagayan/ [Goods 00118-2021]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
