Provision of van rental for transportation services of the Secretariat and Officials for the conduct of Juan for Treesilience: Tree Planting activity 2019

-c Lot 1: 1 Van 27-28 June 2019 - (8:00AM-5:00PM) pick-up and drop off from OCD to any point in Bataan, OCD Region 3 Office and vice-versa (1 Van)

-c Lot 2: 4 Van 05-07 July 2019 - (8:00AM-5:00PM) pick-up and drop off from OCD to any point inBataan, OCD Region 3 Office and vice-versa (4 Vans)

Requirements:

-c Inclusive of Tax, Fuel, Driver & Driver-s Meal and Accommodation, Toll Fee and Parking Fee

-c Ten hours service per day

-c Year 2014 Model or above

-c Must accept send bill policy arrangement for payment

-c Scope of Service

1. The vehicle shall be safe operating conditions at all times.

2. The contractor shall bear full responsibility for the preventive and remedial maintenance of the vehicles.

3. A neat as -œnew- internal decoration (upholstery, ceiling fabric, floor finishes) and external exists in excellent operational at all.

4. The vehicles shall, as minimum, be equipped with spare-tire, the necessary accessories (spanner, jack etc.), Emergency/ Accidental triangle, seatbelts for passengers and driver, and safety gadget for fire.

5. The driver must possess professional driver's license and must wear decent clothes.

6. The capacity of the vehicle should be for 12-14 persons and it must have provision for leg room.
