Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Transportation Services.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of IOM Emergency and Refugee Humanitarian Assistance Program, the IOM now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the long-term provision of transportation services to transfer IOM commodities and goods within Tripoli and regions Provision of Transportation Services.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 12 Months, the Bidder shall indicate appropriate Price Schedule for its best fixed long-term prices in USD for 1-year period (using IOM Bid Form provided).

IOM will respond in writing to any request for clarifications received no later than 1 day prior to the deadline for the submission of bids through the following contact details: eborda@iom.int and mkaja@iom.int or call +218 914125152

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope by hand or by mail on or before 1:00 PM on 2 September 2018 at IOM, Palm City Residences (Villa 244/245), Janzour, Tripoli, Libya. Late bids will not be accepted

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Agreement, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
