Understanding the basic principles of quality and quality management systems, especially the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

Identify relevant QMS documented information requirements in the agency`s respective area/s of responsibility and provide guidance in conceptualizing and implementing QMS through risk-based thinking

Understanding the importance of conducting Internal Audit in relation to the management review process





-c ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management Course

Duration: 1 day

Specifications:

Lecture, discussion, workshop and group exercises on:

Recognizing and identifying different types of risks

Applying the right response to an identified risk

Managing risk in a systematic manner

Initiating/implementing risk management process





-c ISO 9001:2015 Documentation Course

Duration: 1 day

Duration: 3 days

How to prepare and conduct risk-based internal audit

Additional specification and remarks:

-Venue will be in Metro Manila (to be identified by NBDB)

-Trainings should accommodate a maximum of 25 participants

-Inclusive of training fee, at least one softcopy/hardcopy of the training materials (provided at least 3 days before the training) and 12% VAT

-Must provide Certificates of Attendance/Completion for each training to all participants

-Inclusive of transportation allowance for the trainer

-Training will be conducted in August-September 2019



APPROVED BUDGET: Php186, 200.00 (GROSS)





Mode of payment: Payment should be in government terms. Full payment at least one (1) week after service. Gross amount, billing, statement to be sent to NBDB. Payment is bank-to-bank, preferably through Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account. Otherwise, interbank charges would apply to be deducted from the total price.
