Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Training, Certification and Start up Toolkits to 150 Ngc Beneficiaries on Various Vocational Skills:
Shoe making (40), Hair Dressing (40), Fashion Design (40) and Hair Barbing (30) Textile, fashion design (40 beneficiaries) in Communities in Abuja.

1 An official letter expressing interest to engage in the tender process.
2 Company-s profile (with company physical address, contact details, owners, key officers, and technical personnel)
3 Proof of company registration with CAC (copy of CAC Certificate)
4 Proof of accreditation by the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) (Letter of Confirmation of accreditation from NABTEB)
5 Company-s Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation or Form BN/1 or Constitution
6 Evidence of at least 3 similar previous trainings implemented in Abuja with other organizations/NGO/government parastatals/UN agencies and proven past experience on reintegration support through the provision of vocational skills trainings at community level in Abuja (service completion certificates, reference letters or copies of past contracts should be attached as evidence).
7 Audited finance accounts for the last 3 years (2018-2020).
8 Qualification and experience of permanently employed staff (a minimum of three personnel is required, with CVs enclosed that clearly indicates qualifications and experience in the required expertise)
9 Bank reference Letter (addressed to the procurement & Contracting unit GIZ country office, Abuja)
10 Tax Clearance certificate for the last 3 years (showing an average annual turnover of sixty-seven million, five hundred thousand Naira only (NGN 67, 500, 000)
