Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of telecommunications services.
The scope of the contract includes the provision of telecommunications services via six ISDN PRA lines (30 B + D) as well as the installation, lease and service of telecommunications devices integrating locations 1 to 13 using a university computer network.
I. Employer requirements
1. Access to the public telephone network is to be provided by means of switched connections using the ISDN public telecommunications network.
2. Phone calls (local, long-distance and mobile) must be charged with an accuracy of 1 second from the first second of call without charging an initial rate for starting the call.
3. The contractor will present a schedule for the implementation of the services subject to the tender. The expected duration of the communication break should not exceed 8 hours.
