Description : United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Environment, Mediterranean Action Plan (UNEP/MAP) Office, Athens - Greece, hereby invites qualified firms to submit their expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for Provision of Annual Subscription for Local Telecommunication (Land Line), Switchboard and Internet Services. Below is a summary of the requirement: 1. Provision of telecommunication lines and Remote Switchboard Services for minimum 25 users (maximum 35 users) and provision of minimum 25 IP phones (maximum 35 IP phones) maintaining the existing line numbers (line portability). (i) Infrastructure (ii) No Switch (hardware device) available in house (iii) CAT 5 Cabling available across the office and at each work station 2. Fiber Optic Leased Line - Minimum 10Mbps upload and 10Mbps download ((Minimum 16 static - fixed IPs) for office use. (i) ADSL backup line with appropriate internet speed (minimum 24/1 Mbps) 3. Two (2) public switched telephone network (PSTN) Lines (e.g. for Fax Use and Alarm Use). UNON intends to Contract a qualified firm for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract for additonal two one-year periods, subject to satisfactory performance and related conditions.
