Description : 1. The Municipality of Pateros, through the Local Fund/Capital Outlay of the municipality intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-Four Pesos (Php 1, 823, 144.00) Being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SPLIT TYPE AIRCONDITION UNIT INTENDED FOR VARIOUS OFFICES OF MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PATEROS AFFECTED BY THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED JUSTICE AND DRRM BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pateros now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required FORTY-FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS upon receipt of NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
