5. Submission of Tender Documents
I. Bids Submission should be Made in Two (2) Separate Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked Technical Bid and Financial Bid Respectively with Appropriate Project Title and Lot Number Written at the Top Right Corner of the Envelopes and Addressee to:

Ii. The Company’s Name, Address, Phone Number(S) and Email should Also be Written on the Reserves Side of the Envelope

Note That: All Bids not so Marked and Appropriately Dropped in the Respective Tender’s Boxes would be Rejected.
Iii. The Tender Documents should be Deposited in the Tender Boxes in Room a67, Ground Floor, Shehu Shagari Complex, Nigeria Immigration Service Headquarters, Sauka-Abuja not Later than 10:00 A.M. On Monday, 23rd September, 2019.
