1. Cleaning of the unit

2. Routine Check up (electrical, electronics and mechanical)

3. Replace part as required (sash cable, bearing, gas line, gas spicket and hinges)

4. Replace the impeller fan and/or the motor blower with housing

5. Performance Validation of the following: a. smoke test, airflow test, c. noise d. sound level e .lux

6. Testing and Validation
