Tender Details

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Art. 6 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting andtimber skidding, nursery and forest seed production to be carried out in the Bytnica Forestry Inspectorate in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Descriptions of codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities) included in thethe order of the subject of the order and the description of the procedure for acceptance of forestry works are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The order is divided into 4 parts. Parts 1 and 2 deal with forest management, part 3 - nursery and seed production, part 4 - logging.
