An application for participation in a tender must contain a copy of the license for the implementation of OSAGO activities; copies of documents confirming membership in the professional association of insurers; information confirming the presence in each subject of the Russian Federation of its representative in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 21 of the Federal Law No. 40-FZ of April 25, 2002.
