• Valid National Contracts Commission Certificate (NCC) in the category of Safety and Security Service;
• Valid Private Security Regulation Association (PSRA) registration;
• Valid Liability Insurance ( covering employees and public liability
• Audited Financial Statements for the last two (2) years (i.e. 2016 and 2017).
• Minimum three (3) Client references
• Tender security in the amount of $300, 000.00 in the form of:-
o Managers cheque or
o Tender bond from a bank/insurance company (Stamped by the Stamp Duty Division of the Tax Administration Jamaica)
The tender security must be valid for a period of 180 days commencing February 8, 2019 respectively.
