Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services.

2. A complete set of bidding documents can be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the Agency's website www.lvnwwda.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information portal website www.tenders.go.ke

3. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1200 hours East Africa time on 22nd October, 2021 Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Further information can be obtained from the Agency's Website www.lvnwwda.go.ke

4. Bids in plain sealed envelope with clearly marked tender numbers should be deposited in the tender box situated at the Agency Head Quarters as per the address below so as to be received on or before 12.00hrs local time.

5. Bidders are required to chronologically serialise pages of all bid documents to be submitted.

6. The Bids will be opened, physically thereafter at 1205hrs local time on 22nd October, 2021 in the presence of the Bidders' Representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below:

NOTE : Opening of tenders will be in line with the PPRA Guidelines as stipulated in Circular No.02/2020 which can be accessed from their website www.ppra.go.ke

7. Late Bids will be rejected.
