Invitation to Bid for the PROVISION OF REGIONAL TRIAL COURT A MULTI-KILOWATT HOUR METER

Located at RTC, Capitol Cpd., Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya



1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, through the (Account 5-02-13-030) Repair and Maintenance-Infrastructure Assets intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand One Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos and Twenty Nine Centavos (a‚+/-678, 159.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Regional Trial Court a Multi-Kilowatt Hour Meter/Single Contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the Provision of Regional Trial Court a Multi-Kilowatt Hour Meter Located at RTC, Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Completion of the Works is required to be completed for twenty six (26) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (a‚+/-1, 000.00).

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents not later that the submission of their bids.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 15, 2019 at 10:00AM at Bids and Awards Committee (BAC-Infra) Secretariat Office (Special Operations Division, Provincial General Services Office), Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid Opening will be on October 15, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Provincial General Services Office, Function Room, Capitol Compound, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder-s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted

9. The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
