Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Public Education and Publicity Service 2018 - Buildings Department.

The scope of works for the successful service contractor includes providing of services to assist the
Buildings Department and coordinating the Digital Media Service Contractor appointed by the
Buildings Department in promoting and publicising all building safety initiatives including but not
limited to general publicity, talks, seminars, exhibitions, events, graphical design works,
coordination with Buildings Department-s target groups, logistic arrangement and associated
administrative works scheduled to commence from November 2018 for a 24-month contract period.

2. Technical and Price Proposals of the Tenders in two separate and sealed envelopes must be
clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the
envelopes (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer),
addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department, and be
deposited in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor,
North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before the above
specified closing date and time. Late tenders will not be accepted.
