Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Operation Service for GPS Production Facilities in Ahdeb Oilfield.

1.Score of Work:

To seek a supplier to provide the operation service for GPS in Ahdeb Oil Field CPF. The total number of posts for International employees in the Operation Department is 23. And the Ahdeb CPF area is about 1 km2 equipped with various types of equipment and machineries such as:

?Storage Tank of different capacities,

?Pressure Vessels of different purpose,

?Various types of Rotary Machineries,

?Various type of Stationary Equipment and System,

The daily productions of natural gas, LPG and sulphur are 2.42 million standard m3, 370 m3 and 20 tons respectively.

1. The winner of the tender should pay all announcing fee.

2. During the bidding, the rate of bid bond is not less than 1% of bid value.

3. According to Regulation No.2 of2014 Governmental Contracts Execution, the tender type is ‘the public tender through technical qualified-.

4. If the bidder is willing to participate in this project., please submit Letter of intent (including project Number, Project name, Bidder-s full name, contract person, phone number and email address) to email: zhangwen@petroalwaha.com / mayan@petroalwaha.com and pay the tender fee be foreclosing dated September 30, 2018. Otherwise WAPEC will consider it invalid and unquailed.

First Method: The bidders could submit the Tender Fee $100.00 to financial department of WAPEC, detailed address: ROOM 309 OF FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT, AHDEB OILFIELD, AHRAR TOWN, AL KUT CITY, WASSIT PROVINCE, IRAQ

OR

Second Method: Thebidders could pay Tender $100.00 to appointed bank account from WAPEC.

Only if WAPEC receives the receipt of Tender Fee before deadline, WAPEC will issue the ITB document to qualified bidders and the bidders will submit the offers according the requirements of ITB documents.
