Description : TERMS and Conditions:

1. Prices and specifications for the quotation should be valid for 45 days.

2. Bid should not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract.

3. DELIVERY PERIOD: 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.

4. The price/s quoted must include all kinds of taxes and other charges.

5. Late Quotation/s will not be accepted and Quotation/s sent thru e-mail will not be entertained.

6. Award of contract shall be made to the bidder/supplier with TOTAL LOWEST RESPONSIVE QUOTATION that complies with all the requirements hereof.

7. a.) Mayor-s/Business Permit, b.) Platinum PhilGEPS Registration Number c.) BIR Registration and d) Duly notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be submitted together with the price quotation. Non-submission shall be a ground for rejection of the quotation.
