Tender More Details : The INTEGRITY Commission (IC) invites suitably qualified companies to submit Bids for the provision of Janitorial & Sanitation Services for its two locations.

Eligibility Criteria:
a) A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL)
b) A valid PPC Registration Certificate in the Goods & Services category of Janitorial & Sanitation Services

Scope:
To provide Janitorial & Sanitation Services for the Integrity Commission for a period of three (3) years

Collection of Tender Document

Tender Documents will be available at the Integrity Commission as of Monday December 2, 2019, at a non-refundable cost of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (J$2, 500.00) each, payable in cash; and may be purchased Mondays-Thursdays, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and on Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Integrity Commission is located at:

Bids shall be valid for one hundred & twenty (120) days after the Bid submission deadline and shall be deposited in the Tender Box, which is located in the Lobby area of the Integrity Commission, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2019.

Bids will be opened in the Conference Room at the Office of the Integrity Commission at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2019, in the presence of the Bidders` representatives who choose to attend.
