The subject of the contract is the provision of the management service of municipal real estate with built-up residential and non-residential buildings and the management of municipal residential and commercial premises in buildings with separate premises for entities other than the Municipality of the City of Sopot, halfz o.o. in the area of the combined Resident Service Areas No. 2 and No. 3 in Sopot. In connection with the implementation of the management service, as part of the remuneration for the provision of the management service, the Ordering Party will entrust the Contractor with a separate agreement to process personal data related to the managed resource, in thethere is no applicable law in this aspect.
