Tenders are invited for Provision of Microsoft Software to the Cocoa and Coffee Main Fund (FODECC)

Consistency of the services
The services subject of this Tender Notice consist of:
- The supply of Microsoft software to FODECC through an à la carte licensing agreement for government organizations,
- Assistance with the operationalization of acquired technologies.
These are the following software:

Windows 10 Professional License.
Professional Office 2019 License Plus
Standard Visio License 2019.

Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents issued by the issuing services, a bid bond of one million seven hundred thousand (1 700 000) FCFA established by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Minister. Finance Department and listed in Exhibit 11 of this Bidding Document.
The validity period of this bond is thirty (30) days beyond the validity date of the Offers.
