The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

Provision of meals and snacks with an accommodation to be served during the 2 Batches of 2 day training on Seed Production in the Province of Zambales on April 2019

25 pax Batch 1

Day 1

Breakfast- rice, beef tapa, fried egg, tinapa w/ sliced tomato

fresh fruits, water & free flowing coffee

AM snacks- pancit with puto, softdrinks

Lunch- rice, egg drop soup, stir fried fish w/ cashew nuts, fried

fish, egg plant w/ minced pork, fruit jelo, water & free flowing

coffee

PM snacks- hamburger w/ fries, softdrinks

Dinner- egg drop soup, rice, grilled chicken, fish escabeche

sisig, fresh fruits, water & free flowing coffee

Accommodation

Day 2

Breakfast- rice, boiled/scrambled egg, danggit, tocino, corned beef

with potato cubes, fresh fruits, water & free flowing coffee

AM snacks- spaghetti w/ garlic bread, softdrinks

Lunch- rice, sinigang na hipon, buffalo wings, laing, mixed fruits

PM snacks- chicken sandwich with fries, softdrinks
